It is apple season again. I got 4 bushels of fuji apples from our plumber, Les, and all Sunday afternoon, and almost all day Monday we canned applesauce. We ended up getting 49 quarts. I could have gotten about 12 more quarts, but by 11pm Monday night I was just too exhausted to keep going, so we're going to eat those. Wednesday, October 29, 2008
Canning Applesauce
