William really wanted a karate birthday party this year for his birthday. I located a wonderful instructor, Chuck Beadle, and he came out to the house, along with his son and another student/instructor to do a demonstrator and teach the kids a little karate. They loved it! Mom made them black belts and I gave all of them a karate medal after finishing the class. And since we have been working with fondant so much in the house all William wanted was a fondant cake.
