I have found a new hobby in cake decorating. I discovered it when trying to make a particular cake for Brianne's birthday. I had never heard of fondant, stacking a cake, dowels for cakes, etc., before this. But have really enjoyed it. It was my very first attempt at a fondant cake and making roses out of fondant.
