Bryson is sick

Bryson is always the happiest baby and never fussy. For the past two days though, he has all of a sudden had a fever up to 103', been congested, and is drooling all over the place. My first thought is that he is teething, although I cannot feel anything. He is a very uphappy baby though. He wants to be held by Mommy constantly, and for the last two nights, has cried constantly. I have gotten maybe an hour of sleep each night. I really hope he starts feeling better soon, especially before we leave for our trip on Sunday.
