Brianne had a very busy day yesterday. Her friend Madelyn came over to play, and then she went over to Cher's house to play. Cher's best friend Vicky is visiting for the 4th and her daughter Emma is 6. She and Brianne played great together! They got in the pool with all of the older kids, played polly pockets, and ate dinner sitting on the jacuzzi.
When I finally got her home and in bed, something kept telling me to go up and check on her. This is not something I normally do. Once the kids are in bed that is Mommy's time, but I remembered Brianne saying she was hungry when we walked home and I kept wanting to check on her.
I took her some banana bread and watermelon to her room. While sitting on her bed with her while she ate, she told me that she had said a prayer to Heavenly Father to help her find her stickers that I had just given her. She had taken them upstairs to put in her sticker book and could not find them. When I looked down, they were right on the floor. I gave her the stickers, and she got the biggest smile, saying that Heavenly Father had answered her prayer. It was amazing!!!

In spiritual things, often our children lead the way. She has been taught well that Heavenly Father is there and cares about her and her concerns.
