Canning

It was a busy weekend at the Esplin home this last weekend. We started the weekend off on Friday by canning a lot of dried goods Bryan picked up from the cannery. It was fun having the kids work with us as we canned wheat, oats, milk, etc.. William loved doing the oxygen packets and Brianne was in charge of putting on the labels. We were surprised how quickly we were able to get everything completed.

It's good to see you getting our storage built up. With the way food prices are shooting up, you may need to live off of your storage. Keep up the good work!
