The other week was apple canning week. We got our 16 bushels and the kids and I canned from Monday to late Friday night. I thought I could get it done in 3 days, but forgot about little Alexander. :)
After a few days we ignored how filthy the kitchen was and at least the house smelled wonderful.
We definitely have enough applesauce to last a year now. :)
