When Bryan and I brought Cassie home last summer we never wanted her to be an only horse. We thought that was cruel and plus we wanted two horses so two could be ridden together. Over the past several months, we have noticed the Cassie has been acting almost "depressed," so Bryan started casually looking for a horse. He knew what he wanted to get and figured he would look until he found it, whether that was one week or one year of looking. Well, he found her last week and got her Friday. She is a 2 year old Palomino. She is the exact height, build, and coloring Bryan wanted. Her temperament is extremely gentle and sweet. She is untrained, so we are going to have to get her trained, but Bryan is excited about being her only rider and possibly his only horse, being that horses generally live into their 20s. And best of all, Cassie is completely back to her old self. She and the Palomino (Bryan hasn't picked out a name yet)have been inseparable all weekend.
