Bryson's first time on a carosel. 
I took the kids over to Mom's this weekend for the Blackbeard's pirate festival. Supposedly, after Blackbeard was defeated and killed in Ocracoke, NC, his head was taken to Hampton and displayed to warn other pirates, hence Blackbeard's Festival. The kids had a wonderful time! They watched a pirate puppy show, played on the large carnival blow up rides, and saw tons of pirates. After a few hours we had to leave because Bryson was seeming to get really sick all of a sudden. He was coughing, running nose, had a fever, etc. We went back to Mom's for a little bit, and then came home.
The kids loved the whole festival!!

"Blackbeard's Ghost" is one of Rendal's favorite shows. He is a bit more friendly than the real one. It looks like the kids had a great time.
