Fairy Stone Trip

Last weekend I had several interviews scheduled at Fairy Stone, for the book I am working on, on the history of the park. My friend Tina, went with me. It was an absolutely wonderful trip! My interviews went great. I interviewed for about 11 hours, and was exhausted. The history of the park is fascinating, from Indian raids, iron mines, whiskey, timber town, etc.. It's really an interesting story.
Tina and I had a great time too. We talked a lot, enjoyed cooking on the cabin, went to Mabry's Mill, hunted for iron ore, went out to dinner Saturday, and just had a great relaxing weekend. Tina also brought some cancasses with her to paint some.
