A Steer & Sundance

On Saturday Bryan, Alexander, and I went to go pick up a steer we had split from the slaughter house. The trip was great. Tara watched the three older kids, as they would not all fit in the truck, which was nice because we left at 5am and did not get back until 7pm. On the way to get the steer I was excited when we drove by the high school where my Papa and Nana went to school together. Then, we saw a sign that said Amish Virginia and we got behind two sets of carriages pulled by horses. The After getting the steer, we went to go pick up Sundance, who had been at the trainers for the last 3 months. Bryan got to spend 2 hours on a trail ride while Alexander and I got to sit on the grass. We had a wonderful time. Bryan also had a wonderful time and is loving having his horse back home.
